10.4 Registration Flow
- 1. Customer submits registration form on the frontend
- 2. If the customer’s group requires approval:
– Status is set to Pending
– Admin notification email is sent (if configured)
– Customer notification email is sent (if configured)
– Customer sees a message that their account requires approval
- 3. If the customer’s group does NOT require approval:
– Status is set to Approved automatically
– Customer can log in immediately
