1. Download and extract the module package
2. Copy to app/code/Ewebecommerce/MinOrderSurcharge/
3. Run the following commands:

bin/magento module:enable Ewebecommerce_MinOrderSurcharge bin/magento setup:upgrade bin/magento setup:di:compile bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f bin/magento cache:clean
